Placing an order

Ensure that your character name provided is the same as your character's in game nick (IGN). In this way, we do not unwittingly arrange delivery of your order to another player. There will be no compensation provided if delivery were made to the wrong character due to the wrong spelling provided in the order form.

How do I place an order?

What happens if I would like to change my character name or server?
Under such circumstances, there is no need to Panic. Simply contact our customer service at Live Chat and we will make the changes for you.

This could be due to your Temporary Internet Files or Cookies. Please clear your cache and cookies and try restarting your browser. Feel free to contact us at live support and make instant order if the problem persist.

What if you guys are out of stocks?
IGFusion aim to serve our customers in the shortest time possible. Should we be out of stocks, we will contact you once stocks is in and you can then made payment to us.

Why do I see a product listed as (Pre-Order) and what does it mean?
Products listed as (Pre-Order) indicate that there are no immediate stocks ready for delivery. Stocks for Pre-Ordered will only be brought in upon payment of order and will usually take 1-2 days before we can deliver the order to you. The reason for certain games to have their products sold via the Pre-Order method is because the stocks are either hard to get or that the stocks are not suitable for storing. Full refund will be issued to your order in the unlikely event that we are unable to acquire the stocks for you.
